Karen, our Business Manager, oversees and optimises general business operations, managing key areas such as HR, Finance, IT, and Training while supporting our Managing Director. With extensive experience in industries such as banking, housing, and E-commerce, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to managing diverse operations. Her passion for problem-solving and her keen eye for detail make her an integral part of our team.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys walking in the beautiful Lake District and taking on exciting interior design projects in her spare time.

Klemen, our Lead Engineer, brings a wealth of expertise from his R&D engineering background, with extensive experience working on nuclear and defense projects. His passion for innovation and efficient problem-solving makes him an invaluable part of our team. Deeply committed to sustainability and environmental issues, Klemen’s values align closely with those of Co-Lab.

Outside of work, Klemen is an avid outdoorsman who spends his free time climbing, running, skiing, and volunteering as an active member of the Wasdale Mountain Rescue Team.
